Police arrested a man after his wife’s body was found in a Kansas City suburb.
On Monday, Jan. 8, Overland Park police officers went to the man’s home after a domestic disturbance complaint.
Officers spoke to the man, who was home alone, about the disturbance and left.
Just a few hours later, the same man called police to report his wife was missing.
After questioning him, police said the man admitted to playing a role in his wife’s disappearance.
The woman’s body was found across the state line in Raymore, Missouri.
The man was taken into custody.
The names of the man and the victim are not being released until immediate family members are notified.
